Lady Gaga will be signing copies of her new CD The Fame Monster Monday NOVEMBER 23RD at 7pm at Best Buy (11301 W Pico Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90064). Wristbands for this event will start being distributed on Monday November 23, 2009 at 9am to customers who purchase Lady Gaga's new CD The Fame Monster or the new HeartBeats Headphones by Lady Gaga.
