Since his earliest recordings in the 1990s, smooth jazz-styled soprano saxophonist Marion Meadows has epitomized cool in the contemporary jazz scene. A protege of Joe Henderson and Eddie Daniels, Meadows made his solo debut/RCA release For Lovers Only in 1990. Marion has performed & recorded with jazz luminaries such as George Benson-Al Jarreau, Eartha Kitt, The Temptations, Michael Bolton, Angela Bofill, Will Downing, and more. Now, Meadows will be releasing his first album of original material in three years…drawing on the simplicity of melody, harmony, and rhythm.
